TimeSite Pro mobile app
TimeSite is proud to announce that our new TimeSite Pro mobile app has been published to the Apple App Store and Google Play for immediate use.
You can find our native iOS app from the Apple App Store via this link.
Android users can find our app on Google Play via this link.
Our mobile users will be able to log in via the same email and password used to access their account in a browser. You won't be able to log in using your TimeSite user id.
Once you have logged in, you will be in the main Records screen where you review and edit your timesheet entries retrieved from the server. Touch the dots to expand the record and then select the Edit or Delete icons.
The menu at the bottom of the screen allows you to navigate back the Record List, Add a new timesheet or expense record, or start the timer, or navigate to the Settings screen.
Once you're completed adding all your timesheet and expense records, you may want to submit your completed timesheet for review and approval. The Submit screen enables you to select one or more timesheets to be submitted from your smartphone. The submit and approve tabs are only shown if you have enabled this feature via the web interface.
Once you have submitted your timesheet, you can track whether it has been approved in the Approve screen. This will show recent timesheets that have been approved or are waiting for approval.
Any timesheets that have be returned for correction will appear in the Submit screen again together with any comments that been created.
